Ripe red grape, fruit cake, earthy undertones.

Palate

Robust styling from the outset, the aromatics setting a pathway to a chewy, rich palate of sweet, plump fruit soaked in 20% new American oak (the remainder older French barrels) that dial up maximum flavours and mouth-filling textural layers. Designed for fans of big-muscle red wine.

Food

Chinese and South East Asian spiced beef or lamb. Chickpea and root vegetable couscous.
