Sourced from our two sustainably grown vineyards in the Auburn district, they combine to create a crisp and vibrant wine teeming with amazing flavour produced from pristine fruit. Our Riesling is not just about immediate refreshment and palate thrills. It has a rare sophistication in its minerally textures and lip-smacking palate feels. This only comes from the gentlest of winemaking techniques, and a focus on minimal intervention in the winery to assist in craſting the most regionally authentic wine possible.
